Tuesday nights from 7-9:15 PM, With Warm up 7-7:20 & community circle AT ~9:00
Bliss Community Dance is an all ages inclusive place to express yourself through movement without judgement of yourself or others and with compassion for all. The beautiful and spacious dance studio is an open space for fun, exploration and connection, as feels comfortable to you and is respectful of others. There are no steps to this kind of dance. The only requirements are no talking during the dance (you are welcome to step outside for chatting), respecting other people's space and place, and being mindful of the space by wearing socks, bare feet or shoes that do not mark up the floor.

OUR AGREEMENT WITH YOUGuidelines for a Lovely Environment
Treat all, Including yourself, with Respect and Kindness (including the floor and space - wear socks, bare-feet or non-skid shoes)
Be Mindful of Others: dance is a family friendly place. Be careful for others needs and please do not come intoxicated. Don't Judge-others or yourself. This is Your dance, however you dance is good. No Talking on the Dance Floor. This allows each and all to dance their dance. You are welcome to quietly chat outside or downstairs. |
What to ExpectWhat Kind of Dance?
You don't have to be a dancer to dance at Bliss Community Dance. In fact, you don't even need to "know" how to dance. At this dance, you can dance with the knowledge that no one is judging how you dance. This is not a pick up space! It is a space where anybody is welcome, including families with children.

DJ AgreementHow to DJ a dance
New or practiced DJs are welcome to DJ a Bliss Community Dance. Our financial agreement is that we split proceeds 50/50. We provide the speakers and you provide your devise for running your playlist. You are required to sing our DJ Agreement, which includes ensures we honor our lease agreement with Sunset Hill Community Association.

When you come to dance, You are welcome to wear a mask or not, as you choose.
Please do not Expect others to make the same choice you do!
You assume the risk of catching covid, the flu or a cold when you come to dance, just as you do when you go anywhere else.
